Personal Training Sessions  (In-Home)

Each one-on-one personal training session will last for one hour.  These private sessions are tailored to meet your specific training requirements, taking into account your current fitness level, and injuries or limitations you’re working around, and your personal fitness goals.  As such, these workouts are appropriate for all people, regardless of beginning fitness level or age. 
Each hour long individual session may include a variety of:
  • strength training (machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, BOSU, resistance bands, med balls, stability balls and so on)
  • cardiovascular activities (HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training)
  • flexibility training
  • balance & agility improvement
  • REAL RESULTS!
Scheduling is at your convenience (depending on my availability), and training frequency is at client discretion.  I recommend no less than two, one-on-one training sessions per week in order to accelerate you toward your fitness goals.

Personal Training On-Line Program:
On-line Personal Training with Female & Fit allows you to experience all the benefits of a detailed, personalized training program, individualized nutritional guidance, and anytime access to your trainer – at a fraction the cost of one-on-one training.  Unlike most on-line training programs, Female & Fit designs fitness programs specifically tailored to you.  Through constant feedback and anytime access to your trainer, Female & Fit adjusts your program to keep you progressing toward your fitness goals and beyond.  Follow the plan, and you’ll get the results you’re seeking.  It’s that simple. 
Here’s how it works…After a detailed fitness assessment, Female & Fit will create weekly training programs specifically tailored to you, complete with access to video demonstrations and pictures explaining each exercise.  You then print the weekly training plan to reference during your workouts and record how successfully you meet the requirements for each exercise.  Enter this information into your Weekly On-Line Fitness Journal so that Female & Fit can track your progress, and then contact me (at least weekly) to discuss any adjustments we need to make in order to keep you progressing!   
Female & Fit will also provide weekly individualized nutritional guidance for your specific needs.  We consider exercise and proper nutrition as equally important to achieving your health and fitness goals.  Without proper nutrition, you cannot build & repair muscle or fuel your workouts.  Fueling your body with the proper food provides energy, endurance, mental capacity, and can also lower blood pressure and reduce cholesterol levels.  You follow the nutritional guidance, record your food intake on-line so we can track your progress, and keep you guided in the right direction by adjusting your plans as necessary. 
With anytime access to your trainer, and regular progress checks and program adjustments, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you progress!
